In this lecture, I will share insights from my work at two of the UK’s largest companies — GlobalData and New Statesman — where I learned how to navigate challenges such as high expectations, fast-moving markets, and multicultural collaboration. Drawing on real experiences as both a developer and a technical leader, I will talk about overcoming demanding requirements, building trust, and leading diverse teams. Participants will take away practical lessons and strategies they can apply immediately — to boost motivation, manage stress more effectively, and grow with confidence in their own careers.
