I have been part of the IT industry since 2008, specializing in product management, software development, and UX\/UI design. Currently, I serve as Head of Product for a leading company that was once a client of my own agency. After working closely together, we realized that our shared vision and expertise made it a natural transition for me to join their team and take a key leadership role.<\/p>\n\n\n

In parallel, I run my own software development agency, which is highly automated and operates smoothly thanks to well-defined processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). The agency has one full-time employee, four full-time contractors, and nine part-time contractors, all dedicated to delivering high-quality SaaS products and WordPress solutions. Despite my limited engagement of around five hours per month, the agency consistently generates six-figure revenue annually.<\/p>\n\n\n

My experience in balancing both roles allows me to apply strategic insights across different aspects of product development and innovation while maintaining efficiency and scalability within my own business.<\/p>\n\n\n
