The day draws near, preparations are coming to an end, and we have 18 awesome speakers to announce. It\u2019s an honour to have such a smart group of professionals participate and support the third WordCamp Skopje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re incredibly proud of the speakers list, we are also really sad that we had to pass on so many incredible sounding talks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I have been part of the IT industry since 2008, specializing in product management, software development, and UX\/UI design. Currently, I serve as Head of Product for a leading company that was once a client of my own agency. After working closely together, we realized that our shared vision and expertise made it a natural transition for me to join their team and take a key leadership role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In parallel, I run my own software development agency, which is highly automated and operates smoothly thanks to well-defined processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). The agency has one full-time employee, four full-time contractors, and nine part-time contractors, all dedicated to delivering high-quality SaaS products and WordPress solutions. Despite my limited engagement of around five hours per month, the agency consistently generates six-figure revenue annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My experience in balancing both roles allows me to apply strategic insights across different aspects of product development and innovation while maintaining efficiency and scalability within my own business.”

Milana Cap is a WordPress engineer at XWP, freelance WordPress engineer at Toptal, WordPress Documentation Team representative, and Documentation Focus lead for WordPress 5.8 and co-lead for WordPress 5.9, 6.0, 6.1, and 6.2 release cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She helped organise some of the largest WordPress conferences, WordCamp Europe 2018 and 2019, focusing on Contributor Days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a single mum in Serbia, she developed the superpower of fighting the odds. Easily bribed with dark chocolate and a nice piece of bacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
