We are pleased to announce that once again, as part of the WordCamp Skopje, supported by the WordPress Foundation a workshop “Introduction to WordPress: Workshop for kids” will be held!
There are only 15 spots available so make sure you book your kids spot right away! The kids workshop will happen on the Contributors Day 6th October and it will start at 10:00.
The workshop will be held by instructor: David Shojikj, WordPress developer at Webpigment, experienced WordPress instructor and valuable member of the macedonian WordPress community. The official language will be macedonian and it is meant for children aged 9 to 15 years with basic internet, blog and writing skills.
What you will learn
- How to set up your own personal site
- How to publish content, text, images, video, galleries
- How to change the way your site looks like
- How to extend your site with more functionality
Bring along:
- A laptop or tablet (you can work on a iOS or Android tablet)
- A notebook and a pen
- You need to have a registered email address (yours or parents) that you can access during the workshop. If you don’t have one, one will be created for you during the workshop.
